Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding activities for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Long-term Contract to hire position plays a key role in guiding candidates from offer acceptance through their first day, while helping deliver a well-organized and consistent hiring experience across both high-volume and specialized searches. The position works closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates to keep pre-employment steps on track and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee post-offer activities in Workday, ensuring each new team member completes required pre-employment steps before their start date.
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks such as I-9 verification, compliance-related follow-up, and occasional screening support to maintain hiring compliance.
  • Support recruitment activity across a mix of high-volume openings and more targeted roles, including positions that are harder to fill or involve field-based work.
  • Provide consistent, clear communication to candidates at all levels, from entry-level applicants to senior leadership hires, while helping them navigate the hiring process.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to answer process-related questions and keep hiring workflows moving efficiently in a high-interaction environment.
  • Assist with interview scheduling during peak periods, managing calendars and coordinating availability across multiple stakeholders.
  • Monitor candidate progress closely and address delays or issues that could affect onboarding timelines or the overall candidate experience.
  • Use Microsoft 365 tools and internal systems to track activity, organize information, and maintain accurate recruiting records.
