We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern - Talent Acquisition Focused . This position provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, employer branding, and workforce planning. The intern will work closely with HR and hiring managers to help attract, identify, and onboard qualified candidates while gaining practical knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle. This position has an opportunity for growth in the near future. The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, the ability to multitask, be initiative, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The position would require working 20-30 hours a week. The internship will be a 2-month experiential learning to the candidate selected with a monthly stipend.
How You'll Help Us Be Successful:
Assist with posting job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. Source candidates through online recruiting tools, networking platforms, career fairs, and community partnerships. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and candidate databases. Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation activities. Participate in job fairs, workforce development programs, and recruiting events. Support employer branding initiatives through social media and recruitment marketing. Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics, including applicant flow and time-to-fill. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist with special HR projects related to recruitment, retention, and workforce development.
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
