Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist Location:
Goshen, NY |
Salary:
$65,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and help build strong, diverse talent pipelines. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leadership while driving recruiting strategies, college partnerships, internship programs, and recruiting events.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Indeed, colleges/universities, community partnerships, and networking events Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career expos, and other recruiting initiatives Manage recruitment activity and candidate pipelines within Paylocity ATS Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve sourcing and hiring processes Support the summer internship program and internal promotion process Assist with onboarding, background screenings, and other HR initiatives Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR with a focus on full-cycle recruiting Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred Experience with an
ATS/HRIS
; Paylocity preferred Strong sourcing, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Experience recruiting in a regulated or service-driven environment preferred SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, developing talent pipelines, and making a meaningful impact on an organization's growth and culture. #
