We specialize in staffing Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), working closely with schools and healthcare facilities to meet their healthcare needs. Position Overview We are seeking a full-cycle Healthcare Recruiter with experience in recruitment or sales. The ideal candidate will help us find and hire healthcare professionals, with a focus on RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, for school-based roles. This position offers a competitive base pay and a strong commission structure , rewarding successful placements.

Key Responsibilities :

Full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions (from sourcing to onboarding) Source and engage candidates using Indeed and other platforms Conduct phone screens, interviews, and reference checks Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS (Indeed) and CRM Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients, particularly within school settings Collaborate with our team to meet staffing needs for schools and other healthcare facilities

What We're Looking For :

Recruitment or sales experience (healthcare experience is a plus) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity with Indeed or similar ATS platforms A positive, team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
