Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking Seasonal Recruiters to support high-volume seasonal hiring for the upcoming holiday retail season for a top luxury fashion client. This position will focus primarily on recruiting Seasonal Sales and Operations Associates across retail store locations, with occasional support for distribution and warehouse hiring.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for high-volume retail environments and understands the fast-paced nature of seasonal store hiring.
ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and qualify candidates for seasonal retail positionsManage multiple openings simultaneously (approximately 20-30 requisitions)Recruit for positions including:
Sales AssociatesCashiersGreetersFitting Room AssociatesOperational/Store Support rolesCoordinate and support hiring eventsPartner with hiring managers to move candidates through the hiring process quicklyMaintain candidate pipelines and activity within recruiting systemsSupport staffing needs across retail stores and, when needed, distribution center locations Skills and Requirements At least one prior seasonal recruiting engagement or high-volume recruiting assignmentExperience recruiting for retail store environmentsExperience filling hourly retail positions at scaleWorkday, Phenom and Google Suite experience recquiredMust provide your own laptop and phone We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
