Job Summary:

We are seeking a recruitment professional to oversee the end-to-end hiring process across a range of positions. Our team values a results-driven individual who will support organizational growth by attracting high-caliber talent efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and help develop sourcing strategies. Identify and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct pre-interviews, assess qualifications, and coordinate all steps in the selection process. Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and facilitate onboarding for new hires.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related function. Track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple, diverse positions. Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
