CANDIDATE MUST HAVE MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED.

Meet with plant supervisors and operations leaders to define staffing needs for hourly and salaried positions. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases. Identify qualified talent for specialized technical roles, such as CNC machinists, quality control inspectors, and engineers. Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback sessions, and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding step. Qualifications & Skills 5+years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing environments. Familiarity with manufacturing lingo, plant roles, and required technical certifications. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to connect with both shop-floor workers and corporate executives.

Pay:
