Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates for community outreach positions. The ideal candidate is skilled at recognizing individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for engaging with people from all backgrounds. Field recruiter daily responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Recruiting and screening prospective canvassers Submitting hourly updates of individuals recruited Managing applicant communication and scheduling Maintaining recruitment tracking and hiring records Work closely with field management to meet weekly hiring goals and staffing targets
