This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, actively sourcing candidates, and driving results—rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

What You'll Do:

Proactively identify and engage candidates through outbound outreach, networking, and creative sourcing strategies Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, including skilled trades (construction, HVAC, plumbing), engineering, and corporate positions Develop and maintain strong pipelines to support current and future hiring needs Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently Conduct initial screenings and coordinate the interview process Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey Track recruiting activity and keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system Stay informed on industry trends and labor market insights

What We're Looking For:

2-4 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) Proven ability to actively source and engage candidates—not just post jobs Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and building relationships Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or related fields is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Self-starter with a results-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced setting
