The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage, and oversee, the full-cycle recruitment process for a requisition load of 30+ open positions. The Buckeye Ranch:
The Buckeye Ranch opened as a treatment center for 10 young men and has now transitioned into one of the country's leading providers of emotional, behavioral, and mental health services for children and families. Each day, more than 2,350 youth are in Ranch care, receiving services designed to help them become successful within their families, schools, and communities. Today, The Buckeye Ranch operates from six different locations to better serve clients in Central and Southwestern Ohio. We pride ourselves on offering specialized programming designed to meet the needs of our clients and their families. Our staff of dedicated Ranch professionals is committed to helping each youth and family achieve their goals. Since the beginning, The Buckeye Ranch mission has been, restoring hope and providing healing for children, youth, and families. What you'll do: Partner with hiring managers to identify staff vacancies, advertising, and recruiting needs. Promote the Buckeye Ranch, its mission, and many programs and services; act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Work with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions and job specifications are up-to-date and appropriate for open positions. Effectively screen applications and conduct appropriate phone, virtual, or in person interviews. Conduct, and coach managers, on interviewing using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter. candidates, assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Conducts equity and recommends hiring wage, negotiates job offer with candidates. Coordinates hiring and orientation process for new hires. Work to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

You have at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience. You preferably have experience within the Behavioral Health field. You have previous experience with HRIS and ATS software. You have an active Driver's License.
