Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist! Central & Southeastern Ohio Region Join our Team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide proactive full-lifecycle recruitment and strategic sourcing for ISBH. The Talent Acquisition Specialist needs to have a passion for finding and attracting top talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across various regions and programs to deliver the best candidate experience. The salary for this position is $61,174.73 to $71,675.95 annually, based on experience
Essential Functions:
Executes full life cycle searches for entry-level to director-level positions, including developing the search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing of candidates to attract and evaluate candidates for our hiring managers/internal clients Proactively identifies and resolves issues and applies greater decision-making and problem-solving abilities Serves as a mentor to others within the Talent Acquisition Team Plans and executes internal and external, in-person and virtual hiring events; chairs the planning committee; establishes and adheres to a budget; and monitors metrics to measure the success of the event Attends two or more recruiting events per quarter to support hiring efforts for the Talent Acquisition Team Networks with Employee Resource Groups participate in Community Work Force Development job fairs and school presentations. Supports college recruiting to fulfill hiring needs Attends all mandatory departmental meetings and events in person to foster the learning and development of talent acquisition Proactively sources candidates using a variety of methods and tools, including networking, social media, list serves, crowdsourcing, passive candidate compilers, e-blasts, cold calling, resume databases, Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, as well as other sites and job aggregators/search engines Nurtures a strong service culture that ensures delivery of quick, repeatable, and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders Assumes responsibility for recruitment efforts and outcomes of the designated service area Leads or assists in projects that help increase recruiting/hiring efficiencies and streamline processes Leads intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the specifications of each vacancy, establish expectations, and delineate the key phases of the recruitment lifecycle Steers candidates through a structured recruitment process, from initial screening to final hiring steps Collaborates with Human Resources and ISBH Leadership to design and implement effective recruitment and staffing solutions Consistently maintain an active talent pipeline for designated roles, offering top-tier service and expert recruitment advice to organizational leadership Travels within designated ISBH service areas Performs all other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:
Education/Licensure:
A high school degree or GED equivalent is required A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related degree is requiredA SHRM-CP
certification is preferredExperience:
3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required Healthcare and or behavioral health recruitment experience is preferred Experience with high-volume recruitment is required Project management and recruitment strategy experience is preferred Demonstrated presentation, relationship-building, and critical and analytical thinking skills are required Recruitment-related data gathering and analysis are required Experience in forecasting departmental hiring needs is preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written is required Excellent organizational skills are required The ability to use appropriate databases, spreadsheets, and other software is required Ability to maintain efficiency and work independently in a remote or office-based environment A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required The ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection is required Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is requiredPhysical Requirements:
