Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Recruit and source candidates for a variety of open positions
• Review resumes and applications
• Conduct phone screens and interviews
• Reach out to potential candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• Match candidates with job opportunities based on their skills and experience
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, and placements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up with applicants

What We're Looking For:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with candidates
• Organized and able to manage multiple openings and candidates at once
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
