Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job postings to negotiating offers and onboarding candidates. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to navigate industry-specific compliance requirements, particularly within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least one (1) year of successful recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or tourism; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices for sourcing and selection. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and job boards. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to analyze recruitment data, track KPIs, and use insights to inform strategy. Knowledge of employment laws, compliance regulations, and industry-specific requirements. Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships and networks. Willingness to travel occasionally as needed. Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, professional networks, and industry events. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and implement tailored recruiting strategies. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, phone screens, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation. Conduct and ensure compliance with pre-employment verifications (background checks, drug testing, education verification). Maintain accurate candidate and process data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Utilize recruitment technology, including ATS and video interviewing platforms, to streamline workflows. Develop recruitment marketing materials to strengthen employer branding. Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements. Stay informed on industry trends, labor markets, and compliance requirements.
