POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruiting Partner serves as the strategic hiring partner for the Main Office and leadership hiring across Les Schwab. This role leads full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership positions while partnering with business leaders to develop hiring strategies, provide labor market insights, support workforce planning, and improve hiring quality. The position plays a key role in strengthening leadership pipelines, reducing reliance on external agencies, and elevating Talent Acquisition as a strategic business partner.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions/primary responsibilities. 50% - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for the Main office and leadership positions, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, offer development, offer presentation and negotiation, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Partner closely with Compensation and hiring leaders to ensure offers align with market conditions, internal equity, and company compensation philosophy. 20% - Serve as a strategic talent advisor by providing labor market intelligence, compensation insights, workforce planning support, organizational design input, and hiring recommendations that improve hiring quality and business outcomes. 15% - Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and leadership positions through talent mapping, networking, referrals, passive candidate engagement, and market research to reduce reliance on external recruiting agencies. 10% - Coach hiring leaders on interviewing, candidate assessment, selection practices, employment branding, and market conditions to improve hiring capability and decision-making across the organization. 5% - Analyze recruiting metrics, identify trends, recommend process improvements, support recruiting technology initiatives (including Paradox), and participate in strategic Talent Acquisition projects.MINIMUM EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED
Educational/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent skills and experience. 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional, corporate, technical, and leadership positions. Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy.Executive search or agency recruiting experience preferred.
