For this role, candidates at either the Recruiter or Senior Recruiter level will be considered. Details on qualifications for both levels noted below. Wage is based on level of position and years of relevant experience.
Recruiter range:
$70,532.80
  • $96,990.40, DOE Senior Recruiter range: $83,012.80

20, DOE Senior Recruiter Position Overview The Senior Recruiter is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to fulfill required current and future staffing levels for Asante.
Key areas of responsibility include:
consulting with hiring leaders on current and future staffing requirements, developing and executing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to secure top talent for Asante, recruiting candidates, consulting on and managing interview strategies for various departments, presenting competitive offers and overseeing the pre-boarding process. The Sr. Recruiter is also expected to track and analyze applicable metrics, reports, and recruitment trends using multiple systems, including applicant tracking system, recruitment marketing system, state and federal labor reports, and association reports. They will collaborate with management, supervisors and other H.R. staff in regularly scheduled meetings to develop specific recruitment plans. In addition, the Sr. Recruiter manages the placement of all recruitment advertising, utilizing key media, such as social, job board aggregators, professional associations and universities, as well as schedules and attends job and career fairs, and develops and maintains professional relationships with colleges, university and community colleges placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business or related field, preferred Minimum 3 years of professional level recruiting experience with two additional years in sales, customer service, marketing, human resources or other business and/or customer service-related experience required Recruiter Position Overview The Recruiter is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to fulfill required current and future staffing levels for Asante.
