Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Employment Specialist to join our Butler team! This position combines recruiting, customer service, and sales, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, and match candidates with employment opportunities Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and business clients Make outbound sales calls and develop new business opportunities Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding their staffing needs Coordinate interviews, placements, and ongoing employee support Assist with client and employee concerns Attend networking events, job fairs, and community events Travel to Franklin and Hermitage as needed Participate in an on-call rotation to manage phone calls and emails

Qualifications:

Comfortable with sales, cold calling, and business development Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Professional and positive attitude Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or HR experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Travel:

Franklin and Hermitage as needed

Pay:
