This in-house position in our Greensburg branch will focus primarily on recruiting and staffing for manufacturing industry clients. Prior light-industrial staffing experience is preferred.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Actively target and engage prospective candidates Maintain sufficient candidate pipeline to meet current and anticipated future client needs Manage and maintain job posting visibility, attend job fairs, community outreach activities Candidate vetting & placement Conduct internal screening calls and interviews and facilitate external interviews Qualify or reject candidates for roles Conduct drug screening of candidates/employees Schedule, prepare, and orient employees for client employment Serve as ongoing contact point/communication liaison with external employees, provide recognition, counseling/coaching, discipline, retention, and issue resolution Client account management Site visits/safety walkthroughs Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction Source new opportunities within existing clients If your core values align with ours; adaptability, the golden rule, and personal ownership for example, and you have experience with recruiting, staffing, hiring, sourcing, employee management, or talent acquisition we'd love to connect.
