Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for meeting high-volume metrics of outbound calls and scheduled interviews in order to assist a large construction organization with staffing a variety of roles. In this position, you will be responsible for contacting prospective candidates for positions, screening them briefly, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers at the company. This is a contract opportunity expected to last approximately 4 months.
