Job Description Join a growing industrial maintenance team working on high-speed manufacturing and printing equipment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems in a production environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Work with 480V, 3-phase systems, motors, drives, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Read schematics and use diagnostic tools to identify issues. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Requirements 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience. Electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, and 480V systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
