This role would entail having your own vehicle and being able to drive to various companies. Duties Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through various channels including social media marketing, HR sourcing platforms, and job boards in both English and Spanish. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires. Visit various work sites to check on the new hires. Be able to travel out of Philadelphia in the Tri-state Area. Requirements Proven experience as a recruiter with proficiency in bilingual (English & Spanish) communication. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively. Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including executive recruiting, internal recruiting, and campus outreach. Ability to handle high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
