Virtual About the Role We're looking for a high-energy Recruiter to help build outstanding teams within our fulfillment center operations in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders, leverage data to drive hiring decisions, and proactively build talent pipelines that support business growth. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for fulfillment center and warehouse positions. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using active and passive sourcing techniques. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against role requirements. Drive a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer processes, and onboarding activities. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, quality, and candidate engagement. Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives as needed. Minimum Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Self-starter with a sense of urgency and accountability. Proficiency with recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments. Staffing agency or fulfillment center recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or operations roles. Knowledge of recruiting metrics and data-driven decision making. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
