ABA Hiring Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated, people-loving Hiring Specialist located near Dresher, PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment with LOTS to do. This role is the face of Behavioral Milestones — warm, enthusiastic, and exceptional at making candidates feel excited to join our team. You will be responsible for recruiting high-quality ABA therapists (RBTs/Behavior Technicians) and BCBAs, managing the entire onboarding experience, and ensuring all compliance and hiring standards are met. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition Source, attract, and recruit high-quality RBTs, and BCBA candidates Post, manage, and update job ads across Indeed, social media, and job boards Schedule and Conduct interviews and schedule additional interview rounds Develop creative recruiting strategies to reach diverse, qualified candidates Hiring & Onboarding Manage the full hiring process from application → offer → onboarding Coordinate background checks, references, credential verifications, and required documentation Facilitate orientation and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience Assist new hires with system setup (email, Monday.com, scheduling access, etc.) Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the process Compliance & Organization Ensure all new-hire files meet state, insurance, and agency compliance requirements Maintain accurate hiring trackers and onboarding records Support Clinical and Operations Directors with scheduling intro calls and first-week supervision setups Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the hiring pipeline to keep growth moving What We're Looking For 2-3+ years of hiring or talent acquisition experience (ABA recruiting experience a plus!)
