This highly visible role combines recruiting support, candidate hospitality, interview coordination, and talent engagement in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. What You'll Do As a Clinical Recruiting Partner, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for physician and provider candidates throughout the recruitment process. You'll help coordinate interviews, manage candidate logistics, support recruiting activities, and deliver a concierge-level experience that reflects TeamHealth's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for physician and provider candidates during the interview process Coordinate and facilitate virtual and onsite interviews, including scheduling, agendas, and stakeholder communication Host physician candidates during onsite visits, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Arrange travel logistics, including flights, lodging, transportation, meals, and itineraries Support candidate sourcing, screening, and qualification efforts alongside senior clinical recruiters Maintain and organize candidate pipelines, records, and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems Collect and manage CVs, credentials, and required documentation Collaborate with recruiters, field medical directors, operational leaders, and internal partners to ensure interview readiness Communicate candidate status updates and interview outcomes to key stakeholders Support reference check coordination, application follow-up, and contracting-related activities as needed Monitor recruiting trends and support recruitment events, conferences, and residency programs Requirements What Makes You Successful You thrive in a candidate-facing role and enjoy creating memorable experiences You are highly organized and can successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously You communicate professionally and confidently with physicians, executives, and senior leaders You are proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams You maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered 1+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or a candidate-facing coordination role Experience delivering high-touch service to professional or executive-level clients Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR systems preferred; Lawson experience is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel to support onsite interviews, recruiting events, and candidate visits Why TeamHealth At TeamHealth, you'll join a culture built around collaboration, innovation, and purpose.
