Job Duties:

Manage full cycle recruiting for Clinical positions. Source candidates through various platforms including Therapy and Nursing student platforms. Participate in weekly recruitment calls. Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs. Maintain recruitment database and utilize the applicant tracking system. Update weekly vacancy reports Participate in the development of new recruiting strategies.

Requirements:

1 + year recruiting experience with a healthcare agency, search firm, or in-house recruiting team, As a participating hospital of Ernest Health, we offer robust recognition, wellness, and retention programs. Qualifications:

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience required. Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
