- The Contract Recruiter role offers a fully remote, flexible opportunity to support a dynamic recruiting team.
- Serve as an on-demand extension of the Americas Recruiting Team, filling critical roles across the organization.
- Engage in full-cycle recruiting for diverse positions, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to source passive talent effectively.
- Work autonomously with flexible hours, maintaining consistent communication and candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong relationships and represent the client professionally.
- Ideal for experienced recruiters seeking part-time to full-time engagement in a fast-paced environment.
- Support overflow and hard-to-fill positions, contributing to the team's success.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the Americas region.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Handle high-volume requisition loads during peak periods efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the client with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
- Support hard-to-fill and overflow positions, contributing to team objectives.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with 7 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and passive talent sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Manufacturing or engineering recruiting experience is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building skills and professional representation capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently with flexible hours while meeting hiring goals.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
