Job Description
Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team. This fully remote position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and identifying top talent across a variety of business functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with a strong preference for candidates who have experience using iCIMS. Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake meeting through offer and onboarding.
+ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
+ Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various channels.
+ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
+ Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the ATS.
+ Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
+ Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations.
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
+ Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership.
+ Stay current on recruiting trends, market conditions, and sourcing strategies. Requirements Qualifications + 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
+ Proven success recruiting for a variety of professional, administrative, operations, customer service, HR, or corporate roles.
+ Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required. + iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
+ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience recruiting for multiple departments and locations.
+ Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
+ Knowledge of recruiting metrics and reporting.
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
