Type:
full-time Role Overview Our client in Academia is seeking a metrics-driven Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join their team. You will take the lead on identifying, mapping, and engaging talent across multiple corporate verticals-including Technology, AI, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, and more. This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office.
Key Responsibilities:
Build robust pipelines for diverse corporate tracks, with an emphasis on high-demand technical pipelines (AI, software engineering) alongside finance, marketing, and operations. Develop and pilot experimental, highly personalized outreach methods to capture elite, passive candidate pools. Maximize platforms like Gem CRM, Recruiter, advanced Boolean logic, and GitHub/Portfolio sites to unearth hidden talent. Partner closely with corporate recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand specialized role requirements. Conduct introductory screens to assess candidate alignment, technical/professional viability, and core cultural fit. Actively track funnel metrics to evaluate channel efficacy, monitor conversion rates, and deliver regular pipeline reports to TA leadership.
Qualifications:
g 2-5 years of talent sourcing experience within a corporate infrastructure, agency, or high-growth tech environment. A proven track record of successfully sourcing corporate talent at all levels. Strong proficiency with Recruiter, Gem (or similar CRM tools), and Greenhouse ATS (or similar). Accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment with daily/weekly pipeline milestones. Bachelor's degree.
