What You'll Do This is a true 360 role with full accountability and full reward. Business Development Proactively develop new client relationships through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals Identify hiring needs within engineering, consulting, and executive leadership teams Negotiate terms, manage job intakes, and act as a trusted hiring partner Account Management Own and grow client relationships through consistent communication and results Deliver market insights, hiring strategies, and honest guidance Manage multiple searches while maintaining high service standards Recruiting & Talent Delivery Source, screen, and place top-tier engineering, manufacturing, and executive talent Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments Guide candidates through the full hiring process with transparency and respect Close offers and ensure successful starts and long-term placements What We're Looking For Proven experience as a full-desk / 360 recruiter (agency experience preferred) Comfortable with new business development and not afraid of the phone Strong recruiting instincts and ability to assess technical and leadership talent Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Competitive, driven, and resilient—but grounded in integrity and empathy Why Join Us People-first culture —candidates, clients, and teammates always come before numbers High-energy, entrepreneurial environment with no micromanagement Uncapped earning potential with strong commission structure Full ownership of your desk and the ability to truly build something A team that celebrates wins, supports each other, and does business the right way This is not a slow, corporate recruiting role.
