Sales Recruiter We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Sales Recruiters. This is a full-time, hourly position with the flexibility to work remotely or in an office environment. As a Sales Recruiter , you will help identify and connect with potential candidates, learn about their experience and career goals, and guide qualified individuals through the hiring process.

What You'll Do:

Source and contact potential candidates Conduct phone and virtual interviews Screen candidates based on position requirements Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity Work with the team to meet recruiting goals

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and positive attitude Comfortable speaking with people by phone and virtually Self-motivated and organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous recruiting or sales experience is a plus, but not required
