The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who can quickly step into an active recruiting environment, manage multiple requisitions, and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Experience recruiting within nonprofit, social services, healthcare, or other credential/licensure-focused environments is highly preferred.
This position will be based in Downtown Los Angeles and offer a hybrid work schedule. The recruiter may support hiring needs across California, Arizona, and Hawaii.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of open positionsPartner with the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirementsSource and identify qualified candidates through job boards, databases, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsReview resumes and conduct candidate screenings to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fitCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring processDevelop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needsSupport recruiting for positions that may require specific licenses, credentials, certifications, or industry experienceManage multiple requisitions and recruiting priorities across different locationsMaintain accurate candidate and recruiting information within applicant tracking systems and internal recordsProvide timely updates regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and hiring progressDeliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processAssist with additional Talent Acquisition projects and recruiting initiatives as needed
