In this high-volume recruiting environment, you'll source candidates, conduct interviews, partner with hiring managers, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial contact to hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels.
+ Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications. + Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. + Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities. + Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach. + Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms. + Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system. + Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives. + Track recruiting metrics and maintain required documentation. + Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- + Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. + Self-driven with the ability to stay focused and productive in a remote work environment. + Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a high workload. + Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. + Comfortable learning new systems and technology. + Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is helpful but not required. _\
