Recruiter:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for direct service and support staff positions
- Create and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
- Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
- Support employee retention initiatives, feedback programs, and review processes
- Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested Qualifications for the
Recruiter:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Non-profit recruiting experience is a plus but NOT required
- Experience with Paycom is a plus but NOT required
