Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for positions across multiple locations within the U.S. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates on a continuous basis Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process; timeline, roles and responsibilities and communicate appropriate expectations regarding the recruiting process Promote candidate diversity Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates by continually build a pipeline of candidates, building a strong peer network, attending industry events, searching job boards, cold calling, external research and identifying innovative sourcing techniques Review all applicants for fit with position description and requirements Effectively phone screen or interview all relevant applicants and obtain all critical information on candidates; experience, salary, motivations and fit for the position Make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection and oversee/schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams Gather interview feedback from candidates and interview team. Determine next steps in the process with Hiring Managers and communicate to candidates. Partner with hiring managers and corporate leadership in determining offer parameters Ensure that the applicant tracking system is consistently and effectively updated in a real-time environment that will provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance Review monthly/quarterly recruitment metrics to ensure target time to fill, aging and other recruiting metrics are on track Provide timely updates to hiring managers with information regarding marketplace, obstacles, and identifying recruiting solutions Ad hoc projects as required
Required Skills:
Team player, detail oriented, work independently, ability to deal with change, and able to work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written Passionate about our industry and comfortable to speak about our business Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit Experience reviewing resumes and sourcing active and passive talent in difficult markets Knowledge of various sourcing strategies - traditional and "out of the box" methods Ability to identify industry trend within any market nationally & develop a sourcing plan Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill openings Solid industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant qualifications, target companies, conferences, open source communities to target for candidate generation Self-motivated, confident and able to work effectively with little supervision; consistently takes initiative, takes action and has a 'can do' attitude Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting/collaborative environment Comfortable in presenting to various levels within organization Ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments and display strong organizational skills. Demonstrate a general understanding of employment laws and regulations Ability to travel within various markets at a national level
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree within Human Resources, Business, Education or related field Minimum of 2 years' proven experience of full-cycle recruiting within similar industry Minimum of 2 years' solid experience using an Applicant Tracking System supporting high-volume recruiting positions within a corporate environment Must be able to demonstrate competency of high-volume metrics and reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of corporate compliance with regards to Human Resources and Recruitment Knowledge of federal and state employment laws Strong PC skills with business and communication software Ability to travel as needed is required Cadence Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
