You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent in competitive markets to managing the offer process for high-demand technical roles.
Key Responsibilities Targeted Sourcing:
Proactively identify and engage "passive" hourly candidates through specialized job boards, social media, local vocational networks, and community outreach.
Technical Vetting:

Pipeline Management:
Maintain a consistent "bench" of qualified talent to ensure rapid fulfillment of high-priority requisitions.

Ability to read job descriptions and understand the difference between specific certifications (e.g., Journeyman status, AWS certifications, or PLC troubleshooting skills).
Sourcing Prowess:
Proven track record of using creative methods to find talent beyond traditional resume databases.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both executive leadership and plant-floor personnel.
Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high-volume hiring needs.
