Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Recruiter for a rapidly growing financial technology client. This individual will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts focused primarily on sales and go-to-market talent. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing sales professionals. This role will partner closely with business leaders, manage multiple active searches, and play a critical role in helping the organization scale its revenue-generating teams. The position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while supporting a dynamic, growth-focused company. Pay for this role is between $35-$42 hourly.

Day-to-Day:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales and go-to-market positionsPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and prioritiesSource and engage passive candidates through various platformsScreen and evaluate candidates for experience and culture fitCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communicationsDrive candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment metricsNegotiate offers and support hiring decisionsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process Skills and Requirements 5+ years of recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or Go-to-Market rolesFull-cycle recruiting experienceExperience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channelsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
