Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support a large healthcare client. This position will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering talent solutions that align with the organization's workforce strategy, labor market realities, and long-term goals. This position will directly impact business outcomes by shaping hiring decisions by influencing role design, hiring strategy, offer decisions, while delivering a high-quality, relationship-driven recruitment experience. This position bonds strategic consulting, marketing intelligence, and full-cycle execution, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and business impact. - 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong stakeholder management, difficult-to-fill searches, and recruiting analytics experience.
- Healthcare recruiting experience (ex. nursing, allied health, or medical technology).
- Experience supporting executive leadership in complex or high-volume environments.
- SHRM, HRCI, or similar certification(s).
