Responsibilities Assist in full cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels such as social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, and internal databases Support interview scheduling and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers Engage in talent management activities including employee orientation and employee evaluation processes Maintain accurate records using talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Kenexa BrassRing or UltiPro Participate in campus recruitment initiatives and external recruiting efforts to attract diverse talent pools Develop and nurture relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance recruitment success Experience Prior experience or internship in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with HR legal compliance, employment law, and labor regulations related to recruitment practices Knowledge of HR systems such as Kronos or UltiPro is advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships confidently Experience with high-volume recruitment campaigns and technical recruiting is a plus Ability to utilize social media platforms for recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments with high attention to detail and organizational skills Join us in shaping a talented workforce by leveraging your passion for recruiting and human resources!
