Job Description

Senior Recruiter About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts across a growing organization. This role combines strategic talent acquisition with hands-on recruiting execution, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders while delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, hire, and onboard top talent across a variety of professional, operational, technical, and leadership roles. This individual will leverage market insights, sourcing expertise, and strong business partnerships to support organizational growth and workforce planning initiatives. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, identify, and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to assess qualifications and organizational fit. Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decision support. Manage offer development, negotiations, and closing activities. Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Strategic Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Provide labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring recommendations. Support workforce planning initiatives and talent forecasting discussions. Recommend innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill positions. Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes. Onboarding & New Hire Experience Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee. Partner with leadership and Human Resources to support successful employee integration. Manage onboarding communications, documentation, and compliance activities. Continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding experience. Recruitment Operations Manage requisitions and job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, candidate records, and reporting. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Assist with the development and maintenance of job descriptions and position scorecards. Manage relationships with recruiting vendors, job boards, staffing agencies, and background screening providers. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experiences. Stay current on talent acquisition trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technology. Support talent acquisition projects and special initiatives. Mentor and support team members as assigned. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience. Proven success recruiting for professional, operational, technical, and leadership-level positions. Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels. Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Experience facilitating interviews, candidate assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and hiring compliance. Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
