Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support critical hiring initiatives during a period of growth and transformation. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who excels at managing complex searches, building strong partnerships with business leaders, and identifying top talent in competitive markets. The Senior Recruiter will serve as a strategic hiring partner, helping leaders make informed talent decisions while driving full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional and specialized positions. Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance.

Manage recruitment efforts for professional, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles.

Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

Source, engage, and attract both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Identify recruiting challenges and implement solutions to improve hiring outcomes.

Provide insight into candidate availability, market trends, and competitive talent landscapes.

Advise hiring teams on interview practices, candidate evaluation, and selection processes.

Influence hiring decisions through recruiting expertise, market knowledge, and data-driven recommendations.

Coordinate hiring activities among multiple stakeholders while maintaining momentum throughout the process.

Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.

Maintain accurate recruiting records, reporting, and applicant tracking system data.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Required 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Experience recruiting professional, corporate, technical, or specialized talent.

Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Preferred Experience recruiting within banking, financial services, credit unions, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated environments.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience partnering directly with leaders to solve complex hiring challenges and improve hiring outcomes.
