We are looking for IT Sourcing Recruiters who might be interested joining the tech team of one of our global accounts in the future.

Working remotely from Poland What you will do: You will manage sourcing process for our tech vacancies. Collaborate with a portfolio of talent advisors and hiring partners Source top talent across EMEA Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements What we would like you to have: Previous experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment Experienced sourcing passive IT profiles Fluent in English and Polish Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience. Being proactive, autonomous. Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong sourcing skills What can you expect in return?
