Blue Collar Services is a construction, light industrial, and aviation staffing company. In this energetic role, you will lead the charge in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. Your proactive approach and exceptional relationship management skills will ensure we attract high-caliber candidates while maintaining compliance with employment laws and HR best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our company's growth by building a talented, diverse workforce through innovative recruiting strategies and full cycle recruitment processes. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, or Kronos to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, campus recruitment events, and external recruiting channels. Conduct high-volume recruitment campaigns for various roles, including technical recruiting and executive recruiting, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates. Negotiate offers with candidates and manage candidate sourcing efforts through cold calling, relationship management, and HR sourcing techniques. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal standards, and internal HR systems during all phases of the hiring process. Support employee orientation, employee evaluation, training & development programs, and succession planning initiatives to foster internal talent growth. Skills Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries with a focus on high-volume recruitment. Experience in construction and aviation staffing required Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively. Deep understanding of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to ensure lawful hiring practices. Experience with talent management software such as Kenexa BrassRing, UltiPro, Kronos, or similar HR systems. Ability to source candidates through diverse channels including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and campus recruitment events. Skilled in relationship management to build long-term partnerships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Knowledge of employee relations, employment & labor law, employee orientation processes, and HR systems for seamless onboarding experiences.
