This is a Hybrid Role (in-office 4 days/week) preferably based in one of the following offices:
Cranberry, PA Cumming, GA Alexandria, VA Baltimore, MD Lanham MD Raleigh, NC Pay:
$95,000-$110,000 The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Employee Benefits | Staff & Management As an ABM Talent Acquisition Recruiter , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional Electrical Power & NETA professionals across the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions. Source, interview, and assess potential candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for open positions. Build a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and trade organizations to tap into emerging talent. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to Electrical & Power recruitment. Manage recruitment databases and track key performance metrics. Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates are well-informed and engaged throughout the hiring process. Work with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process, including scheduling, debriefs, and offer negotiations. Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide feedback, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Assist in developing and implementing onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. Partner and collaborate with Human Resources, Total Rewards/Compensation, TA Leadership, Hiring Managers, and other internal business partners. Proven experience recruiting for technician and field leadership positions, preferably in the electrical, testing, commissioning or data center spaces . Full cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), demonstrating successful direct sourcing techniques and effective relationship management skills. Knowledgeable in full life cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, and assessing candidate skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). About Us ABM (
