Talent Acquisition Specialist J&M Tile Boca Raton, FL Job Details Full-time | Contract $65,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications ATS Full cycle recruiting Bachelor's degree Interviewing Business Administration Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a proactive and driven Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives in a fully remote environment. This role works closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and support recruiting efforts across multiple openings simultaneously. The ideal candidate understands the level of responsiveness, communication, and accountability required in a fully remote setting and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment. This is not a reactive recruiting role — we are looking for someone who actively sources candidates, develops creative recruiting strategies, tracks recruiting metrics, and manages a high requisition load of approximately 45-50 open positions. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to support ongoing staffing needs. Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the process. Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies aligned with company goals and hiring initiatives. Manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate recruitment data, and generate recruiting reports as needed. Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs, required competencies, and workforce planning objectives. Negotiate employment terms and extend offers to selected candidates. Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and strong communication in a fully remote work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required. Previous experience managing a high-volume requisition load of 45-50 open positions simultaneously. Strong proactive sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other recruiting tools. Experience working in a fully remote environment with strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruiting best practices. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software platforms. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Preferred Qualifications Recruiting experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred. Experience supporting corporate and professional-level positions across multiple departments. Strong analytical and reporting skills related to recruiting metrics and pipeline management.
