Location:
Hybrid in Hillsboro, OR Are you a people-focused recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying top talent, and influencing hiring strategies? We're looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across the organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver innovative recruiting solutions, enhance the candidate experience, and support workforce initiatives that drive organizational success. What You'll Do Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting Efforts- Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruiting best practices, interviewing strategies, compensation considerations, and labor market trends.
- Create compelling and engaging job postings that attract qualified candidates and accurately reflect role requirements.
- Source top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, networking events, career fairs, passive candidate outreach, and emerging recruiting platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions while ensuring compliance with all applicable federal and state employment regulations. Deliver an Outstanding Candidate Experience
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and selection process.
- Coordinate offer preparation and delivery, pre-employment screenings, compensation details, and compliance-related documentation.
- Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee through effective onboarding support and coordination. Support Talent Programs and Workforce Strategy
- Manage and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of recruiting activities.
- Lead onboarding activities for internal and external hires, including employee transfers and internal job changes.
- Evaluate internal wage equity and provide compensation recommendations aligned with organizational pay practices.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, labor market data, and process feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business impact.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and community events that strengthen talent pipelines and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and organizational leaders to share recruitment insights and support workforce planning initiatives. Contribute Beyond Recruiting
- Assist with a variety of HR and operational activities, including training delivery, document audits, internal communications, compliance support, and other special projects as assigned. What We're Looking For Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, OR four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- 2-4 years of professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting within a mid-sized to large organization (1,000+ employees preferred).
- Financial services or financial institution recruiting experience is a plus. Skills & Qualifications
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to changing business priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Jobvite, along with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
