Full-Time We're Hiring! Are you someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and making things happen? We're looking for a Staffing Recruiter to join our Providence team. This is a hands-on recruiting position where you'll connect with candidates, build relationships, fill job openings, and help keep the hiring process moving. Recruiting experience is a plus, but there is no specific number of years required. We're looking for someone who is motivated, organized, coachable, and willing to learn. What You'll Do Recruit and source candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and other positions Call and text candidates throughout the recruiting process Source candidates through Indeed and other job boards Conduct candidate prescreens Schedule interviews and coordinate starts Follow up with candidates and keep them engaged Visit client facilities as needed to support recruiting and staffing needs Assist with onboarding Manage multiple openings and priorities Communicate recruiting activity and updates with the team Help solve problems and find solutions when things don't go as planned Adjust priorities when urgent client needs come up What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do Is comfortable making calls and sending texts Has strong follow-up skills Can stay organized while managing multiple candidates and openings Works well in a fast-paced environment Communicates professionally Can work independently while keeping the team informed Is comfortable learning new systems and processes Is flexible when priorities change Enjoys working with people Takes ownership of their work Works well as part of a team Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Travel & Transportation This position is based in our Providence office, with travel to client facilities as needed. Reliable transportation is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved work-related travel. Experience Recruiting or staffing experience is a plus, but not required .
