Our Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) division partners directly with high-volume clients to manage large-scale staffing operations from inside their facilities. We're looking for a hands-on Recruiter with proven high-volume recruiting experience in light industrial environments to lead onsite staffing initiatives for a major account in Clarksville, TN. If you're a recruiting pro who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and loves being right where the action is, this role is for you.
