Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, with expertise in managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strategic sourcing abilities, and a thorough understanding of employment laws and HR systems. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for roles within the organization. Negotiate employment terms and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans. Maintain strong relationships with candidates through relationship management techniques and cold calling when necessary. Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding procedures, and employee evaluations to ensure seamless integration into the organization. Utilize research skills to identify talent pools and generate lead opportunities for hard-to-fill positions. Stay current on industry best practices in talent acquisition, including succession planning and training & development initiatives. Skills Proven expertise in recruiting across various channels including internal recruiting, campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and social media platforms. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers effectively. Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices. Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, and lead generation strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with employee relations processes such as contracts, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and performance management.
