In this fast-paced, on-site role, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment pipeline. You will manage candidate experiences, streamline the interview process, and directly impact our clients' hiring success by connecting them with exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Coordination:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting and posting jobs to managing candidate onboarding.
Candidate Screening:
Evaluate resumes and conduct initial phone screens to identify top talent.
Interview Logistics:
Seamlessly schedule and coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and clients.
Data Management:
Maintain accuracy within candidate databases and track essential recruitment metrics.
Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to analyze staffing needs and assist in developing targeted recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience:
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and seamless journey for all applicants.
Bilingual:
Can speak both English and Spanish fluently
What We Are Looking For Education:
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of proven success in a staffing or recruiting environment.
Tech-Savvy:
High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment software.
Power Skills:
Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Team Player:
A collaborative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
