A day in the life:

Strategically increase the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with candidates Develop structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on the targeted positions in conjunction with our marketing department Develop and execute sourcing/recruiting plans to identify and hire the right talent Source, screen, and perform preliminary interviews on potential candidates Tracks and reports data on staffing plan processes using software programs that may include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software databases This position will support the pipeline of qualified talent to ensure an exceptional candidate experience Partner with leaders to develop short and long-term hiring requirements Create and foster relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations Facilitate debrief meetings with hiring managers in order to determine which candidate to pursue The background profile we are looking for: A college education is excellent but having drive and determination to succeed is what truly matters! High School Diploma or equivalent required. Previous recruitment experience is preferred Willingness to communicate using phone, email, text, and other forms of communication Highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for attention to detail High energy and positive attitude Excellent people skills including collaboration, communication and presentation HRCI or SHRM certification preferred Remain abreast of information, research, trends and best practices in talent acquisition Ability to be a self-starter and recommend process improvement Ability to be actively involved in job fairs and community projects in our regions Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule when needed (evenings, weekends) If the description above sounds like the kind of team you want to be a part of, we look forward to talking to you!
