Full Job Description Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for leading the staffing efforts of our company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's culture and aligns with the company's core values. The Recruiting position handles the recruiting and hiring, for all divisions, for both allG and Bonded. You will work with hiring managers to maximize the recruiting process. The Recruiter carries out responsibilities in all of the following areas: handling background checks, drug screens, MVR checks, recruiting, and onboarding of new employees.
Responsibilities:
Aligns hiring positions with company mission and core values Monitor online hiring positions on websites. Assist in developing job descriptions for recruiting/posting positions Post new job positions internally and externally Review applicants/resumes from various avenues Handle initial phone interviews Conduct reference checks for the final hiring stage Organize, schedule, and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding Help train management in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes and procedures Ability to travel to job fairs in other cities Help coordinate and support employee activities and events Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Associate degree preferred with 1-3 years of recruiting experience High degree of professionalism and confidentiality Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) Valid Driver's license and clear MVR Exceptional computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, utilization of the internet for research and information, job posting on various online sites as needed Pass a background check, drug screen Ability to work and think independently taking initiative to accomplish required tasks
